FINAL NOTICE: YOUR BOT CAN BE BLOCKED SOON

Dear Bot Developer,

Apple has informed us that your bot @**** is in violation of App Review Guidelines 4.7 and 3.1.1, because it accepts payments for digital goods and services directly from customers without relying on Apple's in-app purchase mechanism.

To address this report, our moderators have examined your bot and confirmed Apple's findings as of June 12. As previously announced, we have rolled out Telegram Stars, an in-app currency users can acquire from Telegram using standard Apple and Google in-app purchases and then use to buy digital goods and services from you.

In order to comply with store guidelines, your bot must either immediately switch to only accepting Telegram Stars as payment for digital products, or remove any paid digital products from your bot. This includes instances where your bot itself or its integration with Telegram are being sold as a paid tool or service.

This is the final warning to update your app. Should you fail to do so within the next 48 hours, your bot or mini app will become inaccessible to the majority of its users.

These changes are needed for your bot to continue operating on the Telegram platform because Telegram must comply with Apple’s and Google’s guidelines. More information about payments for digital products can be found in Telegram’s Terms of Service for Bot Developers and our Bot API Reference Documents for digital payments.

Should you encounter a technical issue while implementing Stars as your payment method, please contact @BotSupport and include the hashtag #stars in your message.

Итак, из письма, сейчас полученного разработчиками следует, что продажи функциональности бота через сайт также запрещены. Перевожу ключевой кусок:

> Чтобы соответствовать рекомендациям магазина, ваш бот должен либо немедленно перейти на прием только Telegram Stars в качестве оплаты за цифровые товары, либо удалить все платные цифровые товары из вашего бота. Это касается и тех случаев, когда сам бот или его интеграция с Telegram продаются как платный инструмент или услуга.

Таким образом продавать сами боты как интеграции нельзя даже на своем сайте или где-то еще. Либо никак об этом не говорить в боте, если он всё-таки есть.


Upd. В общем, контуры ясны.
Продавать через бот ничего цифрового (ни товары ни услуги) нельзя иначе как за Звезды.
Продавать бота и его интеграции и любые его функции нельзя иначе как за Звезды (нигде, даже на своем сайте).
Любая интеграция чего-либо с Телеграм через ботов, стоящее денег — или через Stars или в бан.

Разумеется если с бота нельзя попасть на сайт, до него сложно докопаться, но формально это все равно будет нарушать TOS.
